Meet the Southpac Certifications Team

Andy is an active facilitator, lead auditor and consultant and has been leading the Southpac Group as CEO since 2014. During this time Southpac Certifications has grown to become a leading certification service provider, with a growing presence across Australia and New Zealand. Andy has conducted hundreds of audits and led the implementation of management systems for over 30 diverse organisations.

As Managing Director of Southpac Certifications, Amy drives the everyday operations of Southpac Certifications, managing our team of auditors and administration staff, as well as maintaining our accreditation and compliance. Amy is a highly skilled auditor with qualifications in Psychology, Education, Auditing and Management, and has worked with many of our clients from the very beginning. Her focus is on supporting both our team and clients to ensure our approach to Certification Differently remains at the core of everything we do. 

Jeremy has developed an extensive professional network over two decades, following his keen interest in establishing and strengthening relationships. Working with people from all backgrounds and industries, Jeremy has been pivotal in growing Southpac’s brand across Australia and New Zealand. Coming from a small business background, Jeremy’s passion lies in building and cultivating trusted connections in order to accelerate business growth.

Kiri has held several roles within the Southpac Group and has extensive knowledge of Southpac’s processes, values, and clients. Kiri has multiple certifications and qualifications with over 20 years of experience working for Business Management colleges and High-Risk Licensing organisations. In addition, she is experienced in management, HR, accounts and admin roles in the construction, mining, and medical industries. She is passionate about continually learning for personal and professional development.

Liz is a highly qualified client manager and certification coordinator with extensive experience in ISO certification coordination, planning and support. She has held various roles across the health and education sectors, and within the management consulting industry, and has a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), a Bachelor of Psychology and is a qualified Lead Auditor for Quality, Safety and Environment. She provides a high level of client support and is committed to ongoing training and development.

Karen is an experienced Business Analyst having led complex, large-scale projects for organisations across the UK and Australia, including software implementation, stakeholder engagement, project management, and system analysis.

As Certification Coordinator, Karen brings her process-driven approach to the role, assisting clients throughout the certification journey with Southpac. Friendly, efficient and practical, Karen's analytical skill set ensures her clients needs are met, and maintaining certification is a seamless experience.

Jocelyn brings over 15 years of experience in administration, executive support, and business operations across the Asia-Pacific region, including Australia, Singapore, and the Philippines. Throughout her career, she has worked across the healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and professional services sectors, building strong skills in compliance, document management, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination.

At Southpac Certifications, Jocelyn supports the certification process by preparing and formatting audit documentation, reviewing reports for completeness and accuracy, generating and reconciling certificates, and working closely with the team to ensure certification activities are completed efficiently.

She holds a Master of Business Analytics, which has strengthened her analytical thinking and problem-solving skills while complementing her extensive practical experience in administration and business operations.

Being part of Southpac allows Jocelyn to combine her experience with her commitment to continuous improvement while supporting the team's dedication to quality, compliance, and exceptional client service. 

Ben has worked as a HSEQ professional for over 10 years across several industries. With a degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Ben has worked in the Defence, Aviation, Oil and Gas arenas as a Qualified Tradesman. In addition, he has worked directly on major infrastructure projects across Australia. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure clients’ needs are met as part of the audit, assurance, and certification process. Most importantly, Ben believes in making the accredited systems fit your business – and not the other way around.

Anita is an experienced ISO Lead Auditor with more than 15 years of experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality management systems, specialising in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

As well as being an external Lead Auditor, she has held a number of Quality, Compliance, and HSEQ roles in the mining and aviation industries, conducting system, internal and supplier audits as well as supporting external audit programs including accreditation and regulatory audits.

She has a thorough knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, with a focus on writing comprehensive audit reports and communicating clear findings.

Michelle is a highly qualified Lead Auditor and Trainer with a diverse background in third party certification, civil construction and resources, transport, logistics, and VET sectors. She is an experience Quality (ISO 9001), OH&S (ISO 45001), Environment (ISO 14001) and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) Lead Auditor (ISO 27001). Michelle has a Masters in Learning and Development, and several Diploma qualifications. Her passion for auditing is paired with her focus on people development and innovative organisational strategies.

Ross is an experienced Lead Auditor specialising in Information Security and Quality Management Systems, with a strong background in ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 auditing, risk management, and governance. He brings a practical, systems-focused approach to auditing, helping organisations strengthen their information security posture while aligning compliance with real operational needs.

With over a decade of experience across compliance, continuous improvement, and cyber security, Ross has led audits, developed security standards, and supported organisations through certification with a focus on meaningful, sustainable outcomes. His work spans government, utilities, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors, giving him a broad understanding of different operational environments.

Ross holds a Master of Cyber Security & Forensics and is a certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor. Known for his clear communication style and ability to simplify complex concepts, he works closely with clients to build capability, improve systems, and deliver practical, value-adding audit insights.

Glenn is an accomplished auditor with a solid track record auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, with additional qualifications in ISO 27001:2022. His diverse career includes significant leadership roles across several sectors, providing him with a broad perspective on compliance and management systems.

Glenn's approach to auditing is characterised by a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. His extensive experience in managing and implementing quality, environmental, and safety management systems makes him a valuable asset in achieving and maintaining high standards of compliance and certification.

Neil is a highly qualified ISO Certification Auditor, with over 30 years’ experience developing and auditing management systems across a range of industries. He is an Exemplar Global certified auditor for ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 and has worked across state and national government departments on Workplace Health & Safety and Risk Management systems.

Neil has also been involved in developing programs and educational material for government departments and industry associations, with the aim of enhancing standards across safety, quality, environment and risk in the workplace.

Blake is a skilled ISO Lead Auditor with an extensive background in Business Management and compliance across diverse sectors. He specialises in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001 standards, demonstrating a deep understanding of quality, safety, environmental, and information security management systems.

As a Lead Auditor, Blake supports organisations in navigating the certification process. His approach ensures adherence to high standards of compliance and fosters continuous improvement.

Blake has a Bachelor Degree in Business Management, majoring in Business Law, and is an Exemplar Global certified Lead Auditor to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 27001.

Ethan is an experienced Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental professional. He has led executive front-line & safety leadership teams in the understanding and application of essential health and safety management principles, culture & behaviour changing, strategic planning and execution. Ethan has provided consultancy and auditing services that enable organisations to develop, implement, and lead health and safety improvement initiatives, including safe work environments for employees on the job. 

Dean is a seasoned HSEQ Lead Auditor with over 25 years of experience in aviation, mining, transport, and telecommunications. He has been pivotal in enhancing HSEQ practices across these industries during critical periods of growth and regulatory changes.

His experience has included General Manager roles as well as HSEQ Manager roles with national organisations. Dean has degrees in Commerce and Psychology, and is an accomplished trainer, leading programs for ISO certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, which underscores his expertise as a Lead Auditor and compliance specialist.

Carew is an accomplished Chief Executive level business leader with extensive international experience in complex multi-disciplinary roles across the Defence, Software, Civil Engineering and Healthcare industries.

He has a Masters Degree in Defence Technology from Cranfield University and has completed the Harvard Business School Data Privacy & Technology programme. He is an elected Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management, a Director of the NZ Business Excellence Foundation and a Member of the Institute of Directors.

Nicky is an experienced Quality and Health & Safety Manager with a strong focus on continuous improvement. She is an Exemplar Global Certified Lead Auditor, with over 16 years’ experience in quality and health and safety management across a variety of industries, including health care and aviation.

She is also an experienced auditor trainer, leading on all Health & Disabilities courses as well as Lead Auditor courses

Nicky shares her passion for excellence with the businesses she audits, building relationships and working alongside businesses to help them achieve their goals.

Leslie has more than 30 years of experience in aviation and high risk industries, in a variety of roles including Quality, Safety, Operations, Engineering and Management.

An experienced Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification audits, Leslie has had the opportunity to work with clients in a wide variety of areas, including the mining and exploration industry. As well as ISO auditing, Leslie’s roles have focused on compliance, risk management, training, and aviation standards development.

She has a strong commitment to helping clients meet their certification requirements in a way that ensures implementation integrates with their current operations positively.  

Leslie's qualifications include the Diploma of Quality Auditing, the Diploma of Leadership & Management, Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
