2. Meet the Team

When you begin the process of certification with Southpac, we’ll assign you a Lead Auditor who will be your main point of contact throughout the process – and beyond. 3. Training & Awareness

Whether you’re seeking to implement a management system, want to increase your knowledge of ISO standards or looking to learn how to audit your own system, Southpac offers a range of training courses at no extra cost to our clients. All certified clients receive complimentary access to Southpac’s online standards training courses to complete training in your own time and at your own pace.

4. Auditing Stages 1 & 2

Stage 1 is an initial review of your management system to identify any omissions or weaknesses that need resolving before progressing to a full certification audit. In Stage 2, your Lead Auditor will conduct an onsite audit of your operation against the relevant standard. Throughout the audit we’ll focus on adding value by helping you to identify potential weaknesses and opportunities for improvement within your system.

5. You’re Certified!

Once the audit has been successfully completed, we’ll issue a certificate of registration clearly explaining the scope of your management system. The certificate is valid for three years, however our services to you will continue throughout that time – and beyond.

6. Ongoing Partnership

As part of our ongoing partnership with your business, our Lead Auditors are available all year round to assist with any challenges or questions that arise with your systems providing support beyond the audit. That’s the added value of Certification Differently.
