Management Systems auditor, Michelle Coleman, has joined the auditing team to support our growing base of new clients. As an experienced auditor and trainer with a background in civil construction, resources, transport and logistics, Michelle is a qualified auditor for ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 45001 Health & Safety, ISO 14001 Environmental and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems.
Bringing her friendly and personable nature to every audit, Michelle's approach to auditing puts clients at ease and she is focused on building relationships first and foremost.
We have also welcomed a second Certification Coordinator, with Liz Park joining the Southpac Certifications team. Liz has extensive experience in ISO certification coordination, planning and support, and has held various roles across the health and education sectors, and within the management consulting industry.
Liz works alongside Kiri as the first point of contact with all clients, handling enquiries from proposals and scheduling to issuing certificates and updating information. Always working with a sense of humour, Liz cares about the details and gives her best to every client.
As well as expanding our in-house team, we've considerably grown our auditor presence in 2023, with stable auditors based in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and New Zealand, who support our clients in these locations.
