About Southpac Certifications
A fresh approach to certification
Southpac Certifications takes a fresh, collaborative approach to certification, aligning strengths and areas for improvement with strategic goals for long-term success.
Mission Statement
We believe in doing things differently
Southpac Certifications was established to assist organisations and leaders to get the best out of their systems and their people. Our reputation has grown around challenging existing norms and being willing to do things differently – right from the start.
Our focus is on continuous improvement for our client’s long-term success, rather than an annual tick-and-flick approach. All of our experienced auditors are committed to equipping organisations with the knowledge, skills, and tools to create a culture that fosters collaboration between systems, staff, clients, and stakeholders. If it benefits your business, we’re here to help you achieve it.
Southpac is a JAS-ANZ-accredited certification body
For further details relating to our accreditation, see the JAS-ANZ website.
Our Values
What makes us different
More than a tick
A Supportive Team
Unlike the big name providers, Southpac is a family-owned business, and each client we bring on is personally valued by each member of our team. Whether it's scheduling an audit or checking in with your auditor, our team are available to support, any time.
Value Adding Audits
We focus on continual improvement, becoming a partner in our clients’ long-term success. Our goal is to add value at every audit, not just tick the boxes. Our auditors help clients understand their systems, so they can get the most out of the certification and improve their business.
Long Term Approach
We know businesses value consistency when it comes to having their management systems audited. We always aim to provide that consistency to our clients, with in-house auditors and experienced, reliable contractors. We take pride in returning to our clients and celebrating their progress, year after year.
